An Extravaganza of Fashion, Music, Dance & Entertainment
An extravagant, glamorous fashion spectacle built to international standards, designed to feel less like a conventional fashion show and more like stepping onto a film set.
The runway is only half of it. The auditorium is divided into four nations, the anchor runs games and challenges between sequences, and there are prizes all evening.
Not a runway presentation with an audience watching from their seats.
Lit and dressed to be filmed
A massive stage takes centre stage, with a state of the art LED wall, glitzy backdrops and stylish scenic elements.
A spectacular long ramp extends deep into the auditorium. It becomes the heart of the experience, with the audience seated on both sides, creating an intimate yet high energy runway atmosphere.
The stage is framed by a dramatic goal post steel truss structure, loaded with effect lighting, moving lights and strobes to create a constantly evolving visual canvas.
Two strategically positioned T truss structures at the front of the stage carry subtle, flattering face lighting, ensuring every model looks spectacular as she owns the ramp.
The room, from above. Drawn to explain the format, not to scale.
Behind the main backdrop, yet seamlessly integrated into the stage environment, are four beautifully appointed green rooms.
Each room gives the models a private, relaxed space to dress, accessorise and prepare, with strategically positioned mirrors, professional lighting and styling areas.
The backstage configuration lets models move straight from their green rooms to the stage access steps, so transitions between sequences stay smooth and rapid.
Mirrors, professional lighting and a styling area in each, with the stage access steps a few paces away.
The auditorium is vertically divided into four distinct cheering zones, positioned on either side of the runway and representing the four participating nations.
Each section is themed and visually dressed to capture the identity, colours, culture and spirit of its country, turning the audience from spectators into passionate supporters.
One side of the auditorium features a live band, delivering the energy and musicality the evening runs on.
The opposite side houses the DJ and VJ console, controlling music, visuals, transitions, effects and the overall show flow.
At the centre of it all is the anchor, the personality who connects every element of the evening and keeps the audience constantly engaged.
Between fashion sequences and dance competitions, the anchor introduces a series of interactive audience games, challenges, spontaneous moments and engaging fillers. And there are prizes throughout the evening.
Nobody should feel like they are merely watching the show.
Every member of the audience becomes
Everyone plays a bigger part than just watching
The experience begins the moment the guests arrive.
As the limousines pull up and guests alight, a glamorous red carpet welcome awaits, complete with spectacular photo opportunities designed to make every arrival feel like a celebrity entrance.
But the real journey begins inside.
The prefunction area transforms into four resplendent international lounges, each celebrating one of the participating nations.
Each lounge is an immersive visual experience, with elevated platforms, dramatic backdrops, plush interiors, distinctive seating, ambient decor and carefully curated thematic elements.
The objective is to make every guest feel as though they have momentarily stepped out of the venue and landed in another country.
I need a picture here.
Every lounge doubles as a photobooth destination, with larger than life backdrops and settings built to be photographed.
Guests can pose, explore, mingle and create their own travelogue of the evening, without ever leaving the prefunction area.
A Moroccan print canopy, a mini souk of props, layered carpets and a low seating arrangement.
A patisserie front: black and white stripes, pink blooms, an awning, a wrought iron table and two chairs, a cake stand of pastries, Eiffel Tower stands and baskets of flowers and bread.
A Bridgerton drawing room: soft pastels, vintage books, lace and pearls, a typewriter, a gramophone, a silver tea set, a white bench with matching upholstery and a floral print canopy.
Bamboo for the backdrop and the ambience, tropical flowers and greens, a chattai canopy, carved wooden props, oriental hats and umbrellas, a carved console with candle stands and woven coconut leaves.
The Amalfi Coast in white, blue and sunshine yellow: painted glass bottles on open shelves, a small poster covered bar pouring the welcome drinks, a tiled backdrop, pottery and a yellow and white striped canopy.
The show runs four nations. The Amalfi Coast is in the brief as a fifth theme and is kept here as an alternative, not as a fifth zone.
Whichever nation you represent, you are encouraged to visit all four lounges.
One moment you are posing against the exotic charm of Morocco.
The next, you are in the sophistication of France.
Then it is off to the grandeur of the United Kingdom.
And finally, into the vibrant world of Indonesia.
In effect, the prefunction room becomes a miniature world tour: four countries, four distinct personalities and countless opportunities to photograph, explore and celebrate.
By the time the guests walk into the main ballroom, their cameras will already be full of memories.
Send the date, the city and roughly how many people. That is usually enough to answer in one reply.
